About the Project
Southeast 45 Logistics Park features thirty-two dock-high doors, two grade-level doors, forty-nine trailer parking stalls and is equipped with an ESFR sprinkler system, poised to accommodate tenants ranging from ± 42,120 square feet to ± 169,677 square feet,. A ± 3,300 square foot spec office space is planned for the building.
The logistics park will be located at 5115 South Shaver Street, less than one mile from Interstate 45 and two miles from Beltway 8, with excellent ingress and egress to both major thoroughfares. Additionally, it is in close proximity to Port of Houston’s Bayport Container Terminal and Barbours Cut Terminal, distancing 14.9 miles and 22.3 miles, respectively.

December 2023 Update
Over the last 30-days, Junction completed all interior construction and inspections related to the Tenant Improvements at Southeast 45 Logistics. SPD, the General Contractor, has demobilized, cleared the site, and conducted the final clean; and all permits have been closed. Junction has prepared the building for turnover to a the new Tenant, and is ready to expedite occupation and lease commencement.
