Junction Announces the Hiring of Prominent Land Brokerage Team
(HOUSTON, TEXAS – FEBRUARY 2024) Junction Commercial Real Estate, a full-service commercial real estate firm, is pleased to announce the hiring of Stefan Galagaza and Robert Slatton to the firm’s brokerage division.
Stefan Galagaza, formerly of Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE), is now a Partner in Junction Commercial Real Estate’s brokerage division. Stefan and his team have been one of the most prominent land brokerage teams in Texas. They cultivated and closed some of the most significant industrial land transactions in the state over the past few years. In the last two years alone, he has massed over $275 MM in transaction value. Most recently, he represented the buyer in the acquisition of 92 acres fronting I-35 in Georgetown to develop 5 rear-load and 2 cross-dock Class-A industrial buildings totaling over 1 million square feet. Galagaza is a graduate of the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. At Junction, he will be responsible for sourcing on and off market opportunities across Texas and the Southeastern United States for his clients.

Robert Slatton begins his tenure at Junction Commercial Real Estate as an Associate in the land and industrial brokerage division. Prior to joining Junction, Robert’s spent 6 years working in residential real estate—contributing to over $100 million in sales—as well as almost 3 years of environmental consulting and commercial real estate due diligence. He is a University of Texas graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a McCombs School of Business Foundations Certification.

This includes Junction’s recent partnership with Provident Realty Advisors on Port 99, a 1.3 million square foot industrial distribution park near the Port of Houston. Within the last 60 days, Junction also delivered on a 169,677 square foot industrial distribution center, Southeast 45 Logistics Park, where a long-term, full building lease was secured.
For 2024, Junction has assembled a pipeline requiring nearly $100MM in equity to be raised over the calendar year. The pipeline includes five strategic sites in the Greater Houston market and another two in different parts of the United States. Together, the equity will contribute directly to over 4.8 million square feet in new industrial distribution space across the country, further expanding the firm’s current footprint.
