Construction Update

The roof at Southeast 45 Logistics Park, Junction’s ± 169,677-square-foot, Class- A, industrial distribution building, is currently being installed! Construction is progressing quickly, thanks to the work of SPD Construction, LLC. The building is slated to be ready for tenant or user occupancy early October 2023.
