Construction Update

Southeast 45 Logistics Park, Junction Commercial Real Estate’s ± 169,677-square-foot, Class- A, industrial distribution is within a week of completion! Over the last month, remaining site paving and landscaping was completed, as well as the canopies and painting. Final cleans were conducted on both the interior and exterior, and striping was completed for the entire site. Final inspections are underway, and the site is nearing ready for occupancy!
