BUILDING DELIVERY COMING SOON! We are quickly nearing shell completion at Southeast 45 Logistics Park, Junction’s ± 169,677-square-foot, Class- A, industrial distribution building! In the last month, site paving was finished along with full roof, doors, and glass installation and ESFR work. Exterior painting and interior build out on ± 3,130 SF of office space is currently underway.
