About the Project
Developed by Junction & designed by Seeberger Architecture and Langan Engineering, the new development features a ± 139,655-square-foot Class-A, front-load building with a 32’ clear height. The building will boast thirty-seven (37) truck trailer stalls, thirty-one (31) dock high doors, two (2) grade-level doors, a 130’ truck court and will be ESFR sprinklered. Reed Vestal, SIOR, CCIM and John Erck, CCIM of Junction Commercial Real Estate’s brokerage division represented Junction Commercial Real Estate’s development team in the acquisition of the ± 10.816-acre land site in December 2022. The duo, along with Katie Keys of Junction Commercial Real Estate, will oversee leasing and sale of the new development. Construction completion is scheduled to occur in the first quarter of 2025.
