Northcourt 290 Distribution Center

Junction is pleased to partner with Provident Realty Advisors' (Provident) on a ± 242,652 square foot Class-A, front-load distribution building in Northwest Houston. Northcourt 290 Distribution Center will be located at 8020 Northcourt Road, near the intersection of US Highway 290 and Hollister Road. The development will feature a ± 244,500-square-foot Class-A, front-load distribution building with a 32’ clear height, 48 dock-high doors, 64 trailer parks, and a 180’ truck-court. The project is projected to deliver Q2 2025.
