Junction Announces the Hiring of Charles D’Agostino & Gina Hernandez
(HOUSTON, TEXAS – JANUARY 2024) Junction Commercial Real Estate, a full-service commercial real estate firm, is pleased to announce the hiring of Charles D’Agostino and Gina Hernandez.
Charles D’Agostino joined Junction’s Development & Project Management Services team in September 2023, bringing 17-years of experience working with D’Agostino Companies as an asset & construction manager. In his previous role, he was managed a portfolio of over 600,000 square feet of office, medical, industrial, and retail space across the Southeast United States valued in excess of $100M. At Junction, D’Agostino will be serve on the team responsible for the management of Junction’s construction management jobs, whether it’s new ground up developments or existing assets.
Gina Hernandez joined in August 2023 as the firm’s Director of Operations & Transactions. Prior to joining Junction, Gina worked at CBRE – Hollywood office under a capital markets team specializing in the disposition of Class-A multifamily developments, condominium conversions/reversions, and land for development of multifamily properties in the immediate Los Angeles area. She managed transactions ranging from $5 million to $250 million, handling approximately $1.6 billion in transactions through her tenure. In her role at Junction, Hernandez will be responsible for the general oversight and efficiency of day-to-day office operations and brokerage transactions services.
