Charles D'Agostino joined the Junction Commercial Real Estate team in 2023 as a Associate in the firm's Development and Investment division. He was promoted to Senior Associate in January 2025 after helping the firm achieve unprecedented success. He is responsible for the management of Junction’s new developments and existing assets. Charles graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a degree in Finance.

Charles has over 17-years of experience offering portfolio, construction, and commercial property management expertise across fast-paced environments. Prior to his time at Junction, Charles worked at D’Agostino Companies as a senior asset manager, which encompassed a portfolio of over 600,000 square feet of office, medical, industrial, and retail space.
