Reed Vestal is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Junction, a premier real estate firm headquartered in Houston that specializes in development, investments, land and industrial brokerage, and private equity placements across the United States. With a career defined by leadership, strategic vision, and relentless drive, Reed has established himself as a key figure in the commercial real estate industry.

Reed’s journey began with a master’s degree in real estate finance from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, one of the top real estate finance schools in the nation. Immediately after graduating, he launched his career at a start-up boutique brokerage firm in Houston, where his broad involvement in not only in brokerage but as well as marketing, operations, and business development contributed to the company’s growth. His ability to build a network from the ground up, combined with his persistence, proved essential to his early success.

In 2014, Reed transitioned to The National Realty Group (TNRG), to further his CRE knowledge in development and investments. TNRG was later acquired by Lee & Associates, one of the largest brokerage firms in the country. At Lee & Associates, Reed quickly gained recognition for his tenacity and leadership, consistently ranking as one of the firm’s top producers. At just 29 years old, Reed was named Principal and Partner—one of the youngest brokers to achieve this distinction within Lee & Associates' national network of over 70 offices.

Throughout his career, Reed has secured over $1.4 billion in real estate transactions, including sales, leases, build-to-suits, and project developments. He has been a principal sponsor in the development of more than 4 million square feet of industrial distribution product and numerous light industrial and land speculative deals. His client roster includes major companies such as Johnson Controls, Trammell Crow Company, Hines, and Provident. As the leader of a top-producing industrial and land team at Lee & Associates, Reed played an integral role in business strategy, office operations, and mentoring junior associates.

Reed has earned numerous accolades over the years, including recognition on the Houston Business Journal’s Heavy Hitters list in 2017 - 2025, as well as HBJ's Most Admired CEO in 2025.

He was a finalist for Broker of the Year by REDNews from 2020 to 2024 and was inducted as a 2025 REDNews Texas Commercial Real Estate ICON, honoring his significant impact on the industry. Reed also received the Circle of Excellence Award at Lee & Associates in 2019 and 2020 for being the top-producing land broker nationwide. He won NAIOP’s 2020 Industrial Deal of the Year and Most Significant Sale Transaction by REDNews the same year. Additionally, he received Connect Media’s Next Generation Award in 2019, recognizing him as an emerging leader in commercial real estate.

Outside of his professional accomplishments, Reed is passionate about cattle ranching. He owns and operates cattle ranches in Texas and Kansas, where his cattle have earned recognition at some of the nation’s top cattle shows. His dedication to excellence in ranching mirrors his commitment to success in commercial real estate.

Reed resides in the Memorial Villages of Houston with his wife, Christen, and their children, Baron and Clancy. The family is deeply involved in local community organizations, contributing to the betterment of their surrounding area.
