Gina Hernandez joined Junction in 2023 as the Director of Brokerage & Transactions. In this role, Gina is responsible for the general oversight and efficiency of day-to-day office operations and transactions. Her attention to detail and organizational skills make her the go-to person for document preparation, compliance support, and file management. Gina continuously stays ahead of the curve by researching and implementing new programs and systems, optimizing efficiency, and streamlining Junction's processes.

Prior to joining Junction, Gina worked at CBRE under a capital markets team specializing in the sales of apartment buildings, condominium conversions/reversions, and land for development of multi-housing properties. Gina managed real estate transactions of varying sizes, ranging from $5 million to $100 million in the Los Angeles area. During her tenure with CBRE, she played a crucial role in handling approximately $1.6 billion in complex transactions.
