SOLD - FM 529 & Katy Hockley Cut Off

Reed Vestal, SIOR, CCIM and John Erck, CCIM of Junction and  Taylor Schmidt, SIOR, CCIM with Lee & Associates - Houston brokered the sale of ± 33.69 acres of land at the corner of Farm-to-Market 529 and Katy Hockley Cut Off Road in Katy, Texas. The tract is approximately 2.50 miles west of the intersection of Grand Parkway (99) and Farm-to-Market 529. The sale of this site concludes the disposition of an overall ± 73.80 acre tract listed by Vestal, Erck and Schmidt.


The site is situated in an area of high growth, surrounded by new industrial, retail and residential developments, most notably Elyson, Newland’s 3,600 acre master planned community and FedEx’s 800,000-square-foot distribution center.


The new owners of the ± 33.69 acre tract have not yet disclosed future plans for the site.
