Vestal, Erck and Schmidt represented the seller, and Robert Gracia with Connect Realty.com, Inc represented the buyer.

 

The property is located less than 1 mile from the intersection of Highway 36 and FM 2218, and 3 miles from the intersection of Interstate 69 and FM 2218.

 

New owners of 10.46 acre property have not yet disclosed future plans for the site.
