Junction Announces Clayton Nugent Joining The Firm

(HOUSTON, TEXAS – JANUARY 2025) Junction Commercial Real Estate, a full-service commercial real estate firm, is pleased to announce Clayton Nugent will be joining the firm’s land brokerage division.

Formerly of Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE), Nugent joins Junction as an Associate broker. His primary focus will be procuring land sites for multifamily, residential, industrial, and commercial clients. Clayton is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. He has been representing land buyers and sellers in the Houston commercial real estate market for over three years, amassing tens of millions of total transaction value in deals.
