(HOUSTON, TEXAS — MAY 2025) JP Hayes of Junction Commercial Real Estate represented The Hanover Company in the acquisition of ± 15.37 acres at the hard corner of Kirby Drive and Mowery Road near Highway 288 in South Houston, Texas. The recently acquired land will be the future site of Kirby 288 Distribution Center, a ± 213,409-square-foot, Class-A, spec industrial distribution facility. More details regarding the development will be announced at a later date.
