The site is located less than 0.50 miles from Interstate 45 and 2.5 miles from Beltway 8, two of Houston’s major transportation corridors. Future plans for the site include the development of a ± 160,000 square foot industrial distribution facility. Additional details regarding the development will be released at a later date.
