REALIZED INVESTMENT: 17210 Huffmeister Road

(CYPRESS, TEXAS — APRIL 2024) Junction’s Investment Team is pleased to announce the sale/disposition of our ± 10.7078 acre land position located at 17210 Huffmeister Road in Cypress, Texas (Northwest Houston).

Reed Vestal, SIOR, CCIM and John Erck, CCIM of Junction Commercial Real Estate identified a well-known luxury storage group to acquire the property. The sale of 17210 Huffmeister marks the completion of a 16-month hold by Junction’s Investment team. Junction’s Limited Partners in the investment realized a 52.33% internal rate of return (IRR) with a 1.77 equity multiple (EMX).
