Troy Rucker

Troy Rucker joined the Junction Team in 2022 as a Senior Analyst in the company’s Development and Investment division. Rucker has ascended within Junction to the Vice President of Analytics for the Development & Investments division. He is responsible for all of Junction’s development and investment deal underwriting, creating financial models and analyses, conducting market research, and sales operations.

Prior to his time at Junction, Troy worked at CBRE Multifamily Capital, Inc. During his tenure at CBRE, he managed a $4.6B portfolio of Fannie Mae DUS multifamily assets, totaling 23k total units nationwide. He became a well-respected leader across the company, heading up committees including, but not limited to, Green loan reporting requirements, Forbearance reporting, and Fannie Mae financial statement digitization.
