Junction Expands Brokerage Team

Junction Commercial Real Estate, a full-service commercial real estate firm specializing in brokerage, development, and investment management, is pleased to announce the expansion of the Brokerage Team with the hiring of two new associates, Will Murchison & Quade Towers.

Will Murchison joins the Junction team following an internship with the firm in Summer 2022. He is set to join the brokerage team, working alongside John Saucer, where his responsibilities will include managing brokerage activity for both industrial and land assets, buyer/tenant site selection, gathering and analyzing market information as well as the marketing of property listings. His focus will primarily be on industrial and land.

Quade Towers comes to Junction after completing an internship with Dosch Marshall Real Estate in their Austin office. Towers will join Reed Vestal & John Erck’s team in the firm’s brokerage division focusing on land and industrial opportunities. He will assist the duo in site identification, analyzing and determining the highest and best use of land tracts, and client communications.
