The buyer was HWBT Houston I LLC & the seller was HRRT Management Services LLC & Dolex Investments, Inc.. Vestal, Erck and Towers represented the buyer in a previous transaction of the neighboring ±2.52 acres along Buffalo Speedway within the last year, which brings the buyer’s total acreage to ±5.52 contiguous acres. With this additional purchase, the buyer plans to immediately expand their operations.
