Reed Vestal, SIOR, CCIM of Junction Commercial Real Estate and Taylor Schmidt of Lee & Associates - Houston represented the seller, Vigavi Realty, LLC, and the undisclosed buyer was represented by Reed Vestal, SIOR, CCIM of Junction Commercial Real Estate and Larry Kliger of Lawrence Allen & Associates. The site is located in the highly sought after Southeast Houston submarket, near the intersection of Beltway 8 and Pasadena Boulevard.

Reed Vestal, SIOR, CCIM and Taylor Schmidt, SIOR, CCIM were also responsible for Vigavi’s initial acquisition of the ± 9.59 acres of land the distribution facility sits on. The team helped guide their client from dirt assemblage to finished Class-A product in less than two years.

(HOUSTON,  TX — September 2021) Junction Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce the addition of Taylor Clayton and Andrew Priest as associates in their brokerage division. Both Taylor and Andrew bring a wealth of knowledge and ambition to the firm.

 

Taylor Clayton comes to Junction from Stonehenge Holdings, where he was a project manager and data analyst. There, he developed his professional skillset, creatively financing and sourcing deals with municipalities and other public entities - including the Texas A&M System and the City of Bryan-College Station. This knowledge and experience brings significant value to clients when sourcing and closing  deals.

 

Andrew Priest joins the Junction team with a focus on land and industrial brokerage. Andrew is deeply rooted in the Houston community and a recent graduate of the University of Houston, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Technology Leadership  Innovation Management.
