± 1,073.90-acres of land in Dayton, Texas. John-Michael Kamel & Tommy LeBlanc of MLB Commercial Real Estate represented the Seller. Future plans for the site include the development of a new Master Planned Community, Arabella Reserves. Phase I is slated to construct over 1,000 lots ranging from 40’s, 45’s, and 55’s with a highly amenitized community of walking trails, parks, and well-landscaped green space for residents.
