The site, located at the hard corner of N. Broadway Street and S. Shaver Street, less than 0.5 miles from Interstate 45 and 2.5 miles from Beltway 8, is the future site of Junction’s newest development, Shaver Broadway Logistics Center. The 157,336-square-foot industrial distribution building is scheduled for construction to commence summer 2025, with completion targeted for Q2 2026.
Shaver Broadway Logistics Center will be Class-A industrial distribution facility featuring an ESFR sprinkler system, ample trailer storage, and a car parking ratio that exceeds city requirements. The facility is strategically positioned for logistics and distribution users requiring immediate access to Houston’s container terminals, Barbours Cut and Bayport, via I-45 and Beltway 8 transportation corridors.
