The property was recently acquired by Venterra Realty for the development of a 384-unit Class-A multi-family community.
With the sale being fully transacted, our team is also excited to also ANNOUNCE Junction will remain a part of the deal. Alongside Venterra, Junction will 𝐂𝐨-𝐃𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐋𝐎𝐏 the project and co-manage construction, with groundbreaking expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026. Junction will continue to expand onto their established development platform with a multi-family division.
