The Buyer was represented by AM CRE’s Adam Manesh. This transaction marks the completion of a 24-month hold by Junction’s Development & Investment division. Limited Partners in the investment realized a 42.49% internal rate of return (IRR) with a 2.01 equity multiple (EMX).
