Will Murchison

Will Murchison is a Vice President at Junction Commercial Real Estate, specializing in land and industrial brokerage throughout the Houston market. Since joining the firm full-time in 2023 after completing an internship in 2022, he has built experience representing property owners, developers, investors, and tenants in acquisitions, dispositions, site selection, and leasing assignments. He provides clients with market research, property analysis, and strategic marketing, helping them make informed real estate decisions and maximize the value of their real estate assets.

A Houston native, Will earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Business from Texas A&M University. His deep knowledge of the Houston market and commitment to building lasting relationships allow him to deliver thoughtful, client-focused service.

Outside of work, Will enjoys golfing, following Texas A&M athletics, and spending time with friends and family. He remains active in the Houston community and attends St. Cecilia Catholic Church.
