Vanessa Licardie joined Junction in 2025 as a Brokerage Coordinator, bringing a strong background in real estate support. At Junction supports our brokers and their clients through the entire prospecting and transaction process. Before joining Junction, she worked at CBRE, where she assisted an Office Investor Leasing Team representing private and institutional owners and developers across the greater Houston area. With a keen eye for efficiency and a talent for problem-solving, Vanessa streamlines workflow processes and helps drive successful outcomes for her team.

Outside of work, Vanessa is a dedicated Level 2 CrossFit Trainer, passionate about educating her community on the benefits of fitness and nutrition.
