Stefan Galagaza is a Partner at Junction Commercial Real Estate, where he focuses on land and industrial brokerage and investments across Houston, Dallas–Fort Worth, and Austin markets. Galagaza specializes in sourcing land sites for the development of large-scale, Class-A industrial distribution centers. He has been recognized by the Houston Business Journal’s as a Heavy Hitters, and is part of one of the top five land teams in the greater Houston market.
Before joining Junction, Stefan spent three years as a Senior Associate with Dosch Marshall Real Estate’s Land Division. There, he was recognized as an emerging leader and played a key role in building the firm’s Industrial Land platform during the post-COVID industrial surge.
Over the course of his career, Stefan has closed more than 30 transactions totaling 950 acres with over $300M in deal value. Career shaping transactions include representing a buyer in the competitive purchase of 92 acres along I-35 in Georgetown, slated for five rear-load and two cross-dock Class A industrial buildings totaling more than 1 million square feet, and representing the buyer in an off-market acquisition of 34 acres near Austin-Bergstrom International Airport for the development of 350,000 square feet of Class A industrial space. Additionally, he brokered the land for Junction Fairbanks, Junction’s two- building, ± 445,246 SF industrial distribution park in Houston, Texas on 29 acres.
