(HOCKLEY, TEXAS — JANUARY 2022) Reed Vestal, SIOR, CCIM and John Erck, CCIM of Junction Commercial Real Estate and Taylor Schmidt, SIOR, CCIM of Lee & Associates – Houston represented an undisclosed buyer in the acquisition of a ± 22.7145 acre land tract fronting US Highway 290, near Katy Hockley Road, in Hockley, Texas. The seller, Clay Venture Fund #3, L.P., was represented by Amy Silvey, CCIM of Clay & Company. 

Future plans for US Highway 290 have not yet been disclosed by the new owner.
