(PASADENA, TEXAS — AUGUST 2026) Reed Vestal, SIOR, CCIM, John Erck, SIOR, CCIM and Quade Towers of Junction Commercial Real Estate represented The Allman Company – Houston, LP in the lease of ± 20,200-square-feet on ± 6.19-acres at 2910 Pasadena Freeway in Pasadena, Texas. The tenant, Atlantic Pacific Equipment, LLC, was represented by Trey Erwin, Josh Carl and Walker McCairns of NAI Robert Lynn.

In addition to leasing the property, Junction‘s Construction Management division, led by Eric Oliver, was retained by the landlord to complete extensive site improvements to accommodate the new tenant’s requirements. Improvements included new paving and asphalt parking, stormwater system upgrades, and significant interior renovations. Junction’s ability to provide construction management services in addition to its leasing expertise delivered significant value to the client, helping facilitate the tenant’s occupancy and ensuring the property was efficiently prepared for its new occupant.
