Kott Sherlock
Kott Sherlock joined Junction in 2025 as an Associate in the Development & Construction division, where he supports the full lifecycle of new development and acquisition opportunities. His work spans financial analysis, due diligence, entitlement management, and coordination of early-stage planning through city approvals. He also assists in project design, budgeting, scheduling, and plays a key role in developing construction budgets, tracking loan draws, managing data rooms, and preparing reports for investors.
Prior to his tenure at Junction, Kott was a Financial Analyst at Tanglewood Property Group. There, he supported multifamily acquisitions and oversaw performance for their office portfolio. He underwrote more than $350 million in potential acquisition and development opportunities and built financial models for lease structuring and refinancing strategies, directly informing the firm’s investment decisions.
A native of Beaumont, Texas, Kott holds a Master of Real Estate and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University. He is certified in Argus and REFM (Levels 1–3), currently pursuing the REFAI designation, and has completed OSHA 10- and 30-hour safety training.
