Katie Keys joined the Junction team in 2022 and is focused on industrial and land brokerage. She is responsible for developing new business relationships and guiding clients on their specific real estate needs and requirements.
Katie graduated from Texas Christian University in 2018 with an Entrepreneurial Management degree along with a minor in Global Business. She was active in a sorority, where she held multiple leadership positions, including Finance Vice President. Upon graduating from TCU, she took a job with Finial Group, a commercial real estate firm in Houston, TX. After discovering her passion for industrial real estate, she moved over to Qualified Properties, in Pasadena, TX, so she could focus on the Southeast Corridor of Houston.
Katie is also the owner of a container storage yard in Pasadena, TX, named Bayport Secure Spots. This venture has provided her a unique perspective on the transportation industry as she has been able to learn first-hand about changes in the industry while talking to her customers. Katie is also involved personally in commercial real estate developments and investments.
