Junction Promotes Kott Sherlock to Senior Associate

(HOUSTON, TEXAS — OCTOBER 2026) Junction Commercial Real Estate is proud to announce the promotion of Kott Sherlock to Senior Associate. This promotion recognizes Sherlock’s contributions to Junction’s development and construction management projects and his continued growth with the firm.

Since joining Junction in 2025, Sherlock has contributed to the development and construction management of 3,500,000 square feet of commercial real estate projects across the Houston MSA in just under 18 months. His responsibilities include pre-development, due diligence, entitlement management, and coordinating early-stage planning, city approvals, and project execution.
