Hailey Mencia joined Junction in 2026 as an Executive Assistant, where she provides high-level administrative support to senior leadership, helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. She is known for her strong organizational skills, discretion, and ability to manage competing priorities. As a central point of contact for both internal and external communications, she ensures requests are handled efficiently and workflows stay on track.

Before joining Junction, Hailey served as an ECP 3 Lead Teacher at Second Baptist School in Houston, Texas. In that role, she developed strong skills in organization, communication, and leadership while working in a structured, fast-paced environment. She also gained early experience as a personal assistant during her college years, building a foundation in managing dynamic responsibilities with attention to detail and professionalism.

Hailey earned her bachelor’s degree in Child Development and Family Studies from Tarleton State University, where she developed a strong background in communication, organization, and interpersonal dynamics. Outside of work, Hailey enjoys photography and exploring local coffee shops
