Eric Oliver joined the Junction team in 2022 and is focused on Construction Management. Eric is responsible for managing the processes and relationships that see Junction’s Developments come to life. In 2025, Oliver was promoted from Project Manager to Vice President in Junction's Development and Construction division.

He began his career as an Officer in the U.S. Army, where he served as a Special Forces Detachment Commander through the Green Berets. Following his exit from the service, Eric worked in residential construction where he was named the Division Builder of the Year twice and was awarded for generating over $37 million in revenue in 2019. Following his time at in residential construction he obtained his MBA from Rice University.

At Junction, Eric manages Junction’s development projects from creation to completion, and he managed 6.3M SF of industrial spec developments alone in his time at Junction. He is a hands-on member of the team who coordinates with the design team, reviews drawings in detail, fosters the permit process, and works in conjunction with the third-party general contractor.
