Cailee Smith

Cailee Smith joined Junction in 2021 as a Marketing Associate and was promoted to Director of Marketing in 2022. She leads marketing initiatives across all business lines, overseeing brand strategy, public relations, and the coordination of company-sponsored events.

Prior to Junction, Cailee served as a Marketing Associate at Lee & Associates – Houston, where she developed a wide range of marketing collateral including presentations, case studies, offering memorandums, and digital content.

Cailee holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management with a minor in Business from Texas A&M University. She is an active member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo’s Corral Club Committee and supports her alma mater as an annual donor to the Texas A&M Association of Former Students Century Club.

Outside of work, she enjoys following her favorite sports teams, spending time outdoors, and being with family and friends.
