Junction Promotes Eric Oliver to Senior Vice President

(HOUSTON, TEXAS — OCTOBER 2026) Junction Commercial Real Estate has elevated Eric Oliver to Senior Vice President of Development & Construction. Since helping establish the firm’s construction management division, Oliver has become a central leader in how Junction delivers projects across it’s portfolio of developments and for it’s clients.

Eric leads all projects managed by Junction’s construction management team, overseeing execution from pre-construction planning through completion. During his time at Junction, he has helped oversee 26 developments totaling over 10 million square feet and representing north of $1.3 billion in value. He leads project teams and coordinates with general contractors, consultants, and other project partners to manage budgets, development schedules, and construction activities across both Junction’s own developments and projects for third-party clients.
