Reed Vestal, SIOR, CCIM of Junction Commercial Real Estate and Taylor Schmidt, CCIM of Lee & Associates – Houston represented the seller, Vigavi Realty, LLC, and the undisclosed buyer was represented by Reed Vestal, SIOR, CCIM of Junction Commercial Real Estate and Larry Kliger of Lawrence Allen & Associates. The site is located in the highly sought after Southeast Houston submarket, near the intersection of Beltway 8 and Pasadena Boulevard.

Reed Vestal, SIOR, CCIM and Taylor Schmidt, SIOR, CCIM were also responsible for Vigavi’s initial acquisition of 4116 Pasadena Boulevard, the ± 9.59 acres of land the distribution facility sits on.
