Isiah Guillermo joined Junction in 2026 as a Financial, Assets, and Operations Associate, where he contributes to the firm’s financial integrity and operational efficiency. In this role, he supports core financial functions by overseeing the accurate tracking of cash flow, ensuring proper funding of development projects, and delivering precise, timely reporting. Working under the direction of senior leadership, Isiah continues to expand his expertise across accounting, finance, and asset operations.

Prior to joining Junction, Isiah was with Rex Hospitality, where he managed financial and accounting operations for a portfolio of restaurants across Houston, as well as a nationally distributed cold brew brand. This experience provided him with a strong foundation in multi-entity financial management and operational support within a fast-paced environment.

Isiah holds a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Houston, further complementing his operational and financial expertise.
