Ashley Khalaf serves as Executive Assistant to Junction CEO Reed Vestal where she plays an integral role in supporting daily operations and advancing organizational efficiency. Partnering closely with the CEO, she ensures priorities remain aligned, initiatives progress smoothly, and both business and personal commitments are executed with precision. Ashley also works cross-functionally with the leadership team to support alignment on key initiatives and company objectives.

Prior to joining Junction, Ashley spent seven years as Executive Assistant to the CEO of a Houston-based multifamily investment and property management firm. In addition to providing high-level executive support, she oversaw corporate office operations, managed payroll, led human resources functions, and coordinated company-wide events for investors, clients, and internal teams. This experience strengthened her expertise in operations, organizational leadership, and strategic support.

A native of Kingwood, Texas, Ashley graduated from Kingwood Park High School, where she was actively involved in FFA and agricultural programs, including raising livestock and competing on the poultry judging team. She continued her education at Lone Star College before launching her career in the multifamily real estate industry.

Outside of her professional work, Ashley enjoys spending time with family and pets, being outdoors, attending sporting events, and maintaining an active lifestyle.
