(TOMBALL,  TEXAS — MARCH 2022) Reed Vestal, SIOR, CCIM and John Erck, CCIM of Junction represented an undisclosed buyer in the purchase of a ± 104.00 acre land tract at 22405 Mueschke Road and 0 FM 2920, in Tomball, Texas. A portion of the site was individually sold off-market. The remaining portion’s undisclosed seller was represented by David Schwarz, Carlos Bujosa and Edward Cummins of Transwestern.

The new owners of ± 104.00 acre property have not yet disclosed future plans for the site.
