Headquarters Lease Extension & Expansion – 1001 Shaw Avenue

(PASADENA, TEXAS — OCTOBER 2025) Reed Vestal, SIOR, CCIM, and John Erck, CCIM, of Junction Commercial Real Estate represented an affiliate of Junction’s Investment Division in the lease extension and footprint expansion of Camin’s headquarters at 1001 Shaw Avenue in Pasadena, Texas. Wyatt McCulloch of CBRE represented the tenant.

Camin, a global energy and utility company providing inspection, laboratory testing, and additive treatment services for the petroleum industry, has designated this location as its new World Headquarters. The move will bring C-suite executives from New Jersey to Texas. Camin Cargo will now occupy the entire ± 70,000-square-foot facility on ± 9.10 acres, committing to a long term lease.

As part of the extension and expansion, the property underwent significant interior and exterior renovations led by Junction’s Construction Management Division, creating a fully customized headquarters environment tailored to Camin’s specialized needs.

Located on ± 9.10 acres fronting Highway 225 (Pasadena Freeway), the facility was acquired by Junction’s Investment Division in August 2022. Since joining the portfolio, project investors have seen strong returns. The recent lease extension and expansion will only further enhance performance of the asset.
