Junction Selected as Equity Partner for Orangewood Commerce Center
Junction Commercial Real Estate, a full-service commercial real estate firm specializing in brokerage, development, project management and investment management, is thrilled to announce a JV Equity partnership with developer Provident on Orangewood Commerce Center in Glendale, Arizona (Phoenix MSA).
The ± 292,276-square-foot, state-of-the-art, Class-A industrial facility, located at 6550 West Orangewood Avenue, can accommodate users from 75,000 square feet up to the entire footprint. Designed with modern industrial demands in mind, it will feature a 36-foot clear height, 59 dock doors, 4 grade-level doors, and a 190-foot fully secured truck court, providing 76 trailer parking stalls.
This marks Junction’s 5th JV project with Provident in the last 12 months, with over 2,000,000 square-feet in partnership.
John Werstler, Cooper Fratt, and Tanner Ferrandi of CBRE will be responsible for the leasing assignment.
