Fronting Highway 225, over half of the recently acquired property is currently leased by Camin Cargo Control, an energy and utility company who performs Inspections, Laboratory Testing, and Additive Treatment services to the Petroleum Industry. The location serves as the company’s corporate headquarters and houses the Houston Metro testing laboratory, supporting multiple satellite offices.

Junction’s Brokerage team plans to list the remaining ± 20,000 SF western end-cap space for lease in the coming weeks. The space is ideal for a service company, engineering company or a flex/light industrial tenant. This space has parking in front of the suite, and over half of an acre of fenced yard behind the suite.

Reed Vestal, SIOR, CCIM of Junction Commercial Real Estate and Taylor Schmidt of Lee & Associates - Houston represented the seller, Vigavi Realty, LLC, and the undisclosed buyer was represented by Reed Vestal, SIOR, CCIM of Junction Commercial Real Estate and Larry Kliger of Lawrence Allen & Associates. The site is located in the highly sought after Southeast Houston submarket, near the intersection of Beltway 8 and Pasadena Boulevard.

Reed Vestal, SIOR, CCIM and Taylor Schmidt, SIOR, CCIM were also responsible for Vigavi’s initial acquisition of the ± 9.59 acres of land the distribution facility sits on. The team helped guide their client from dirt assemblage to finished Class-A product in less than two years.

(HOUSTON, TEXAS, May 5 2021) For years, Reed Vestal, former principal and partner at Lee & Associates, and Jamie Poirier, former associate at Hines, talked about forming their own commercial real estate company. But it wasn’t until April of this year that that long-discussed plan came to fruition with the launch of Junction Commercial Real Estate. Poirier and Vestal say that the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic helped get their new company off the ground.

“The conversation about forming the company started pre-Covid,” Vestal said. “It really allowed us to figure things out because we had more flexibility in our schedules to put the pieces together.”

The two men met while pursuing a master’s in real estate degree at Texas A&M University and liked the idea of teaming up to pursue land and industrial deals in and around Houston. But both felt they needed more “real world” experience before striking out on their own.

Once they graduated, Vestal and Poirier joined Lee & Associates and Hines, respectively, and went on to find success negotiating deals on behalf of clients.
