About Junction & The Role
The Associate of Professional Development position is designed as an entry-level introduction to commercial real estate. The goal of the program is to accelerate the growth of top candidates looking to eventually transition into independent Sales Agent roles at Junction Commercial Real Estate. Associates of Professional Development will be matched with a mentor best suited to develop his/her interest in one or all of commercial real estate asset divisions.

Essential Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:
• Secure a real estate salesperson’s license with the State of Texas
• Provide transaction support to assigned mentor and senior brokerage team, such as detailed reporting, canvassing, marketing, and analysis
• Participate in and lead property tours, as directed
• Develop, enhance and leverage knowledge of the local economy and real estate markets, including acquiring timely, accurate information about listed properties, tenants in the market and market trends
• Assist in the development of Junction Commercial Real Estate Interns

• Currently enrolled at a local four-year University (or recently graduated)
• Ability to work 30-hours per week during the academic year
• Reliable transportation
• Exceptional academic achievement (please include overall GPA on resume)
• Strong interest in brokerage, development, or investment sales within commercial real estate
• Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
• Self-motivated, diligent, outstanding communication skills
• Real estate salesperson’s license with the State of Texas preferred by not required
